The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 place duties on all those who can contribute to the health and safety of a construction project; this includes Clients, Designers and Contractors. The 2007 Regulations have replaced the Planning Supervisor with a new duty holder – the CDM Co-ordinator.

The CDM Co-ordinator’s primary function is to act as the Client’s key project advisor in respect of construction health and safety risk management, and manage the flow of health and safety information between clients, designers and contractors.

Goddard Consulting can undertake the role of CDM Co-ordinator on almost all construction projects from the very small to major capital projects. Our fees are usually based on the contract value and fixed price quotations can be provided.
